**Job Summary**:
Highly motivated Tele-caller

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.
- Following up on customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Understanding the customer's needs and recommending the appropriate products or services.
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times while communicating with customers.
- Recording customer details including their contact information and their interest in our products or services
- Building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, marketing or related field will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and concise speaking voice.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
