Junior Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media Specialist)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
- **Content Creation & Management**: Create compelling, relevant, and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media channels in line with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
- **Campaign Execution & Optimization**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways. Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance to achieve business goals.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- **Social Media Trends & Best Practices**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the company’s presence remains relevant and competitive.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all digital channels.
- **Advertising & Paid Media**: Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitor social media activities and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that the brand voice, messaging, and image are consistently applied across all social media platforms.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media management.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, content creation, and executing successful campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking tools.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and content optimization.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
