Manage end to end activities for raising of long term /short term loans for Projects
- Providing clear direction to Company to improve profitability, cost optimization and advise Management on Company business strategy.
- Managing the cash flow of the business ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Liaison with Banks and Financial institutions and preparation of financial proposals for raising working capital finance as well as term lending.
- Handle taxation matters including liaison with tax authorities.
- Very strong back ground in compliance from Finance, Legal & Accounting point of view.
- Financial planning & Fund raising from Banks and financial institutions for new projects and existing projects, Debt re-structuring
- Budgeting, planning & forecasting, MIS, Direct & indirect tax planning, Internal control, systems & procedures, SOP’s etc.
- Provide accurate and timely financial service including setting and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, management and financial accounting accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Expertise in planning financial due diligence and the legal due diligence process.
- Conducting ratio / ageing / variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
- Determining financial objectives, preparing & implementing systems, policies & procedures and reporting variances to facilitate internal financial control.
- Managing treasury function involving optimum utilisation of surplus funds in profitable investments to achieve higher returns, ensuring minimum liquidity position.
- Financial advisor to the business in contract negotiation to make sure all commercial terms making financial sense in terms of revenue recognition, payment terms, cash flows.
- Provide guidance to Management in preparing business plans for new business models and developing strategies for entering into new diversified business. Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
