**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products from our jewelry collection. Key responsibilities include handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and assisting in-store visual merchandising. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships by offering personalized shopping experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to engage clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Product knowledge of fine jewelry and gemstones, including natural and lab-grown diamonds, to effectively assist customers.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with diverse clientele.
- Teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to store success.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining inventory accuracy and display aesthetics.
- Flexibility to adapt to in-store dynamics and work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in retail, especially in luxury or jewelry, is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
