**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Assist in administrative tasks and documentation as required.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or back-office role is advantageous.
- Good computer knowledge, Proficiency in MS Office suite and Knowing Tally and accounts related jobs would be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bengali/Hindi/English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
