Pure Roots Herbals is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented "Sales Coordinator" to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the sales department by managing daily tasks such as tracking sales, maintaining databases, and coordinating with salespersons.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports to track sales performance.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely updates on the sales database.
- Track and monitor the activities of the sales team using "BeatRoute CRM" software.
- Assist the sales team by providing sales data, reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate with salespersons and provide support on customer interactions and queries.
- Generate performance reports from CRM software for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and resolution of any issues.
- Ensure effective communication within the sales team and with clients as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficient in "Microsoft Excel" with the ability to create detailed and analytical sales reports.
- Familiarity with "CRM software" (experience with "BeatRoute CRM" is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to track and monitor sales team activities on a daily basis.
- Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,692.27 - ₹30,467.26 per month
