Web publishing at LSEG

Our goal within the wider LSEG Corporate Affairs & Marketing Team is simple: to delight our customers and support business priorities.

Using primarily Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Drupal, our Web Publishing Team are Content Management System (CMS) experts looking after the evolving LSEG digital landscape. We know how to get the best out of our CMS platforms and we use that expertise in partnership with content writers and digital strategists, to build pages that drive revenue and customer retention.

Based out of Bengalaru, India, working alongside other marketing specialists, you’ll be part of a distributed team of web publishers that provides 24-hour web publishing support to the business.

What you can bring to LSEG

The skills:
Ideally, you will have the following experience:

- Experience in digital marketing for a global organisation
- At least two years’ experience using the AEM CMS to maintain and update customer-facing websites
- At least one years’ experience using the Drupal CMS to maintain and update customer-facing websites
- A basic knowledge of HTML, XML and CSS
- Experience leading web publishing projects from start to finish with minimum supervision
- Strong verbal and written English-language communication and influencing skills, with a good sense of project management, to help the team run multiple projects simultaneously in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience developing web publishing best-practice guides and ensuring adoption through training and knowledge sharing
- An understanding of the part web publishing has to play in Search Engine Optimization and accessibility

In a perfect world, you’ll also have an awareness of the full digital marketing mix, desktop and mobile, including search paid and natural, display, analytics and reporting, and partner management.
