- You have a solid understanding of web based testing and architecture
- You have fantastic knowledge of Appium or other similar mobile testing tools on
- You have hands on experience in automation iOS App and Android App using Appium
- You have strong hands on experience in setting up the Jenkins automation jobs, monitoring and executing them on a daily basis
- You have the ability to troubleshoot the issues, identify the root cause and fix
- You are proactive, take ownership and committed
- Willing to learn new things
- Willing to work on both Manual and Automation testing
- Ability to adopt to challenging fast paced environment
- Someone with good professional work ethics and ‘Can-do’ attitude
- Very good in communication
- You have a fantastic knowledge of Java, Selenium (Web Driver or RC) or any other automation tool
- You are experienced in Linux and Databases
- You're comfortable dealing with tight deadlines and fast paced environments
- You can comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Mentor and coach team members with best tech and QA practices
- Make great test plans that ensures maximum coverage of the AUT
- Bring down regression effort by automation using Selenium/Appium.
- Build front end and backend automation frameworks using Java
- Participate in design and development meetings
- Interact with other team members to understand the business requirements
- Identify and follow the best QA practices
Optional, but a big plus:
- Web development knowledge using HTML, CSS, JS
- Load testing and security testing concepts
- Junit or TestNG, Maven, Hudson (i.e. Jenkins), Shell scripting
