Managing patient appointments, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Coordinating with doctors and other medical staff to schedule consultations.
- Ensuring mínimal waiting times and smooth patient flow.
- Maintaining patient records and updating hospital databases.
- Handling registration, billing, and insurance processing.
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Guiding patients and their families regarding procedures, reports, and follow-ups.
- Addressing patient concerns, complaints, or inquiries.
- Coordinating with different departments (radiology, pathology, pharmacy, etc.) for patient services.
- Assigning tasks to receptionists, nurses, and other OPD staff.
- Ensuring availability of necessary medical equipment and supplies.
- Managing OPD staff schedules and shifts.
- Ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to medical protocols.
- Implementing hospital infection control policies.
- Monitoring OPD operations and suggesting improvements.
- Assisting doctors in managing patient records and prescriptions.
- Arranging specialist consultations and diagnostic tests.
- Supporting emergency cases that may arise in the OPD.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
