**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, project teams, and transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.

Track movement of solar panels, inverters, structures, and other materials from vendors to sites.

Maintain records of inventory, inward/outward logistics, and documentation.

Manage transportation arrangements including route planning, vehicle selection, and load planning.

Ensure compliance with all documentation - eWay bills, invoices, dispatch notes, and project-specific delivery instructions.

Liaise with site engineers for material receipt confirmation and resolve delivery issues.

Report daily logistics status to project managers and senior management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations (solar/infra experience preferred).

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics tracking tools.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of freight regulations, warehousing, and project logistics.

**Preferred Qualities**:
Experience handling multi-site logistics for government or infrastructure projects.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Familiarity with railway, defense, or industrial project logistics is a plus.
