**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**:

- **Monitor Work Progress**: Ensure that construction activities align with project schedules and plans.
- **Coordinate Tasks**: Organize and delegate tasks among workers and subcontractors.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any issues or delays that arise on-site promptly.
- **Safety Management**:

- **Implement Safety Protocols**: Ensure that all safety procedures are followed to minimize accidents.
- **Conduct Safety Inspections**: Regularly inspect the site for hazards and compliance with safety regulations.
- **Training and Compliance**: Train workers on safety practices and monitor adherence.
- **Personnel Management**:

- **Supervise Workers**: Oversee the activities of construction workers, ensuring they follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- **Manage Subcontractors**: Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure their work meets the project’s standards.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues among site personnel.
- **Quality Control**:

- **Inspect Work**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets quality and design specifications.
- **Ensure Standards Compliance**: Verify that construction work adheres to all building codes and industry standards.
- **Resource Management**:

- **Manage Materials and Equipment**: Oversee the delivery, storage, and use of materials and equipment.
- **Order Supplies**: Ensure that necessary materials and equipment are available and properly managed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed records of daily activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
- **Report to Management**: Provide regular updates to project managers or higher management regarding progress, problems, and resolutions.
- **Communication**:

- **Liaise with Stakeholders**: Act as a point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- **Facilitate Coordination**: Ensure effective communication and coordination between all parties involved in the project.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- **Adhere to Regulations**: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and legal requirements.
- **Obtain Necessary Permits**: Ensure that all required permits and licenses are secured and up-to-date
