**Job Role**:
This job specifically involves working independently on MEP & BIM projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors involving following aspects
- Need to understand various aspects of building services including HVAC, Mechanical Pipework for heating & domestic water supplies, gases, and drainage systems and its various detailing requirements.
- To work with the team and deliver the MEP Design Documentation projects within time and with desired quality.
- Developing and presenting feasibility studies for new projects.
- Working using standards across the world.
- Preparation of detailed design including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs).
- Working on BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Recap etc.
- Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way.
- independently communication with clients in written and spoken English
- Offshore visit to clients’ offices, if required, for detailed training and one-to-one sessions

This role involves working on international & high-profile projects involving the following aspects Ability to create detailed MEP Drawings or Models using Revit. Ability to understand various MEP drawings / Plans / Sections. Should have sound knowledge of various

Key Skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain meeting notes Ability to independently communicate with stakeholders, leaders and peers in written and spoken English Ability to deliver work on time, be self-driven and be proactive Updated with the latest trends and technologies in the market
- BE Mech with Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the AEC/ MEP industry
- Experience of working on international codes such as ASHRAE is must
- Hand on Experience of having worked on AutoCAD & Revit Recap etc.
- Proven experience of having successfully managed client communication independently.
- Sound knowledge in Design Management and Design Delivery Quality Control.
