ResponsibilitiesModel Development & ManagementDevelop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for MEP disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) using Revit MEPCreate and manage models adhering to project-specific LOD (Level of Development) standards and client specificationsEnsure accurate representation of all MEP systems, components, and coordination requirementsBIM Coordination & Clash DetectionPerform regular clash detection and resolution between MEP systems and architectural/structural elementsCoordinate with architecture, structural, and other MEP discipline leads to resolve modeling conflictsParticipate actively in BIM coordination meetings and workshopsDocument and communicate clash resolutions to project stakeholdersDocumentation & Drawing GenerationGenerate construction drawings, schedules, and specifications from BIM modelsPrepare shop drawings and fabrication details with accurate dimensions and annotationsExtract accurate quantity takeoffs and material schedules from coordinated modelsMaintain consistency between model and generated documentationStandards & Best PracticesFollow and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP)Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and naming conventionsMaintain model quality through regular audits and quality checksEnsure compliance with building codes and industry standardsCollaboration & CommunicationWork collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teamsProvide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and workflowsEffectively communicate modeling challenges and solutions to project stakeholdersMaintain clear documentation of model structure and revisionsTechnical ExcellenceStay updated with latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practicesTroubleshoot modeling issues and optimize BIM workflowsContribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and standardsAssist in developing and maintaining BIM libraries and templates Required QualificationsEducation: Diploma or B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant MEP BIM modeling experienceSoftware Proficiency:Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (mandatory)Working knowledge of Revit Structural and Architectural modulesProficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD)Experience with BIM coordination tools and clash detection softwareTechnical Knowledge:Strong understanding of MEP systems: HVAC, Electrical distribution, Plumbing, and Fire ProtectionKnowledge of building codes and design standardsUnderstanding of BIM methodology, standards, and workflowsFamiliarity with LoD (Level of Detail/Development) frameworksCommunication &
