**Stock Transfers**:
Ensure timely and accurate transfer of stock between different units or departments. Manage and track stock movement within the organization to meet production requirements.
- **Challan Management**:
Maintain and record all incoming and outgoing challans, ensuring proper documentation for stock transfers, material receipts, and dispatches. Cross-check challans with physical stock and ensure any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- **Trims & Accessories Procurement**:
Responsible for ordering trims, fabrics, and other necessary materials for production. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance. Maintain an inventory of trims and other materials, ensuring availability as per production schedules.
- **Production Coordination**:
Work closely with the production team to ensure all materials, including trims and fabrics, are available on time for each production phase. Ensure that production timelines are met and any potential delays are communicated and resolved.
- **Vendor Management**:
Liaise with external vendors to ensure the timely procurement of materials and accessories. Negotiate pricing, track orders, and manage vendor relationships to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
- **Inventory Control**:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, trims, and finished goods. Implement systems to avoid overstocking or stock shortages, ensuring the smooth flow of production.
- **Quality Control**:
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that materials received meet the required standards. Flag any quality issues with suppliers and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain all relevant documentation for stock transfers, material receipts, orders, and vendor transactions. Prepare reports for stock movement, challan records, and material usage.
- **Cost Control**:
Assist in managing production budgets by sourcing cost-effective trims and materials without compromising quality. Ensure that all procurement processes align with the company’s financial objectives.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with the design, procurement, and production departments to ensure all product requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
