**About The Role**
- Find out and connect with experts from the internet and different social media platforms.
- Engaging with them and talking to them about our company and what we do.
- Bring the expert under confidence and convince them to join our team so that we can use the expert’s valuable industry experience and feedback for our consultations whenever required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to onboard professionals to the network and communicate effectively throughout the process of onboarding
- Should be creative with different channels of recruitment
- Be good at the articulation of the problem statement to comprehend and provide relevant information to professionals for easy onboarding
- Maintain track of the reach-outs and onboardings.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Ability to work with MS Excel tools.
- Strong communication and internet search skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Working knowledge of search engines, internet search and social media search techniques.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Should have a go-getter attitude, loves to take initiatives.
- Graduate with an acumen for research methodologies.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in similar roles.
