- **Debt Recovery**: Assisting clients in reclaiming unpaid debts.
- Business Law:

- Solicit Client under different aspect of Business Law.

Key Responsibilities
- **Client Representation**:Advocating for clients in court, before agencies, or in private settlements.
- **Legal Advice**:Informing clients about their legal rights, obligations, and the advisability of taking legal action.
- **Case Preparation**:Conducting thorough research, gathering evidence, and preparing legal documents like contracts, wills, and deeds.
- **Negotiation & Dispute Resolution**:Negotiating settlements and acting as a mediator or arbitrator to resolve civil disputes outside of court.
- **Courtroom Advocacy**:Presenting cases, arguing points, and submitting written and verbal presentations to judges.
- **Legal Interpretation**:Interpreting complex laws, regulations, and court rulings to advise clients and guide legal strategy.
- **Supervision**:Overseeing paralegals and legal assistants in case management and documentation.

**Job Type**: Freelance
