Job Title**:Bidder/ BDE**

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit detailed and persuasive proposals for Shopify and WordPress projects. Tailor each proposal to the specific needs of the client.
- Client Communication: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide accurate project estimations.
- Market Research:*Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to craft competitive bids.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development and design teams to ensure bids are realistic and aligned with our capabilities.
- Bid Management: Track and manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and proposals are submitted on time.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bid submissions, client interactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in bidding for eCommerce projects, specifically Shopify and WordPress.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Shopify and WordPress functionalities, features, and plugins.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive proposals.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with proposal management tools and project management software is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Freelance Platforms: Familiarity with bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork or Freelancer.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Shopify or WordPress development can be an advantage.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
