As a Tele caller and Student Counsellor at our education consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential students, providing information about our educational services, and offering guidance to help them make informed decisions about their academic pursuits. This position requires effective communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our educational programs and services.
- Engage in persuasive and empathetic communication to encourage potential students to consider our consultancy for their educational needs.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our educational offerings to potential students.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations.
- Provide personalized counselling to students, understanding their academic and career goals.
- Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and guide students through the enrollment process.
- Address inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and comprehensive information to assist students in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Offer guidance on suitable courses, programs, and educational pathways based on individual needs and aspirations.
- Maintain a database of interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of student communications.
- Work closely with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process and ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to admission.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
