As a multilingual Tele caller, you are responsible for Promotional activities for our social media sites over the phone. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them. You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and record them in the register/excel. You are also required to note the important information provided by the customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls to explain the services offered by the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirement.

Skills Required:

- Exceptional communication skills in either of the languages (English, Malayalam, Hindi and other languages will be added benefits)
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
