**Die Design & Development**:

- Design and develop dies for sheet metal stamping, cutting, and molding processes.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models of dies using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Ensure that designs meet all technical specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- **Prototyping & Testing**:

- Collaborate with production teams to create prototypes and test die designs.
- Conduct tests to ensure the functionality, durability, and precision of the dies.
- Modify designs based on testing results and feedback.
- **Tooling Support**:

- Provide technical support during the tooling and manufacturing phases of die production.
- Ensure that dies are optimized for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Troubleshoot any design-related issues during production.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with engineers, machinists, and production teams to ensure the smooth execution of die designs.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand requirements and ensure designs meet production needs.
- Provide technical assistance to the team in resolving die-related challenges.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of die designs, modifications, and related specifications.
- Prepare reports on die performance and suggest improvements based on feedback from production teams.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in die design.
- Implement improvements to die design processes, materials, and methods to enhance efficiency and performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Any Graduate (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Design, or a related field).
- **Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in die design, tool design, or related fields in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is essential.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of die design principles, materials, and processes.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD modeling.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in stamping, cutting, and molding.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
