**Key Responsibilities**

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean, mop, sweep, vacuum, and dust all assigned public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, restaurants, banquet halls, elevators, staircases, and outdoor areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of staff areas, offices, and service corridors as per standards.
- Regularly check and clean public washrooms; replenish toiletries and supplies.
- Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
- Polish and maintain surfaces, furniture, glass, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.

Guest Service
- Greet guests politely while cleaning public areas and assist when required.
- Respond quickly to guest requests for cleaning or assistance in public areas.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.

Health, Safety & Hygiene
- Follow safety procedures in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards set by the hotel/resort.
- Ensure proper signage (e.g., “Wet Floor” boards) is used to prevent accidents.
- Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness in line with company standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
