**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

**Conducting Yoga Classes**
- Lead a variety of yoga classes.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to guide students through poses, breathing exercises, and meditation.

**Creating Sequences**
- Develop well-structured and innovative yoga sequences that cater to diverse skill levels.
- Adapt classes to meet the needs of beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.

**Ensure Safety**
- Prioritize the safety of participants by offering modifications and adjustments when necessary.
- Stay informed about students' health conditions and modify classes accordingly.

**Building Relationships**
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Establish connections with students through effective communication and encouragement.

**Continued Education**
- Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and developments in the field of yoga.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
**Certification**:

- Yoga teacher training program certified by the yoga Alliance
- Additional certifications (e.g., prenatal, therapeutic) are a plus.

**Teaching Experience**:

- As a Yoga wellness instructor (YWI)
- As a Yoga teacher & Evaluator (YT & E)
- Yoga Level 4 Yoga Master

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide clear and concise instructions to a diverse group of students.

**Passion for Wellness**:

- Genuine passion for promoting health and well-being through the practice of yoga.
- Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive yoga community.

**Flexibility**:

- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the academy and its clientele.

**CPR/First Aid Certification**:

- Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
