Yoga Teacher Job Description

A Yoga Teacher is responsible for guiding students through various yoga poses and breathing exercises to improve their physical health and mental well-being. The role involves creating a welcoming environment, offering personalized instruction, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of each practice session.
- Instruct students in yoga poses and breathing techniques.
- Create customized lesson plans to meet individual and group needs.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to enhance their practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead group and private yoga sessions.
- Demonstrate and guide students through various yoga poses.
- Adjust poses and techniques based on individual needs and abilities.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for practice.
- Maintain and organize yoga equipment and studio space.

Requirements and Skills
- Certification in Yoga Instruction from a recognized institution.
- Experience in teaching yoga to various skill levels.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physical health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
