- Accounts Payable_
- We are looking for professionals of Accounts Payable having relevant experience years in JD Edwards/ Concur/ Ariba/SAP._
- Responsibilities_
- _Manual Indexing, Invoice processing, basis the input received from supplier_
- _Perform 3 way & 2-way match based on the nature of invoice_
- _Perform follow ups with approvers/ buyers on resolving exceptions and timely processing_
- _Perform Exception handling (GR, Price, Quantity issues)_
- _Perform Vendor Reconciliation, GRIR analysis_
- _Perform Travel & Expense Audit_
- _Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention_
- _Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes._
- _Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Process requirements_
- _Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities_
- _Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices handled as per the guidelines_
- _Manage business and internal queries received from Supply chain/ Finance functions_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)_
- _Relevant work experience on Accounts payable transactional activities_
- _Strong English language skills (verbal and written_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Experience in Accounts Payable tasks & delivery, Reconciliations_
- _Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders_
- _Ability to handle and work independently on AP Transactional process’s_
- _Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have._
