**_ In this role, we are looking for a proactive, and detail-oriented Analyst (Process developer) whose main responsibility is to Perform invoice matching using excel spreadsheets and will be able to review and validate accounts receivables and accounts payables invoices for accuracy, reconciliation of debit and credit transactions as per accounting standard._**

**_ Responsibilities_**
- **_Understanding of Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable process_**:

- **_Review and validate Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP) invoices for accuracy_**:

- **_Reconcile debit and credit transactions as per the accounting standard_**:

- **_Perform invoice matching using Excel spreadsheets_**:

- **_Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice clearance issues_**:

- **_Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction_**:

- **_Analyze and optimize accounts receivable workflows to reduce processing time_**:

- **_Achieve daily productivity targets of processed invoices with 99% accuracy_**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ Minimum Qualifications_**
- **_Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business management or other related areas_**:

- **_Experience in finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience Strong detail-orientation with a penchant for data accuracy_**:

- **_Ability to research, interpret and reconcile data_**:

- **_Strong communication skills, both written and verbal_**:

- **_Good interpersonal skills and team player_**:

- **_Ability to take initiatives, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload_**:

- **_Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must_**:

- **_Must be comfortable working in the US time Zone and 100% Work from Office_**

**_Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**
- **_Working with Microsoft Oracle is preferred_**:

- **_Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, VLOOKUP, VBA, data links, etc. will be an added advantage_**
