Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for call center roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the company's employer brand.
- Provide regular updates to HR Manager on the status of open positions and recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting for call center or customer service positions.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time position with a six-days working schedule. 1 weekly rotational off between Monday to Thursday.
- The HR - TA will be reporting to the HR Manager - Contact Center.
