Customer Relationship Management & Registration

Managing 'day-to-day' customer relations, problem-solving, overseeing & managing all functions of the CRM, proactively offering insights to improvise existing processes for customer's overall experience with Brand VBHC.

Ensuring the across Bangalore projects registration pending should complete within the period of YTD.

Responsible for executing registration smoothly and hassle free of all the across Bangalore projects

Registration & Documentation

Executing all types of documents related to registrations procedure like execution of sale deed, cancellation deed, rectification deed, execution of GPA, SPA, EC, certified copies ( CC ).

Assisting clients for K2 Challan payments procedure. Preparation and executing the same.

Preparation of RDPR ( Rural development Panchayat Raj )

Coordination for legal / registration activities

Amicable interaction with the client during registration

Assisting in filling the forms and statements along with the allocating slots for the client during registration

Coordinating with the concerned authorities to obtain the documentation for VBHC required by various departments.

Data Management, Report Preparation and Audit Report Management

Data Management and Report Preparation for Related functions of CRM based on verified facts and information, Audit Report Management.

Management Support & Others

Closely working with Management group and assisting in all management functions to achieve desired results

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
