Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes within your specialization (Tandoor, Chinese, North Indian, South Indian) with high standards of taste and presentation.
- Assist in developing and updating menus, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes are carried out according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in managing kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and catering requests.
- Implement cost control measures to minimize waste and manage budget effectively.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve menu offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
