**Job Title: Head of Marketing (HOD Marketing)**
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director
Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the organization's products or services, drive brand awareness, and achieve business objectives. This role involves leading a team of marketing professionals, managing budgets, and ensuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and growth objectives.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine the marketing strategy.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Set performance targets, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
- Ensure campaigns are designed to reach target audiences and achieve set goals.
4. Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and image for the organization.
- Monitor brand consistency across all marketing collateral and touchpoints.
5. Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Track expenses and report on budget utilization and performance.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
7. Digital Marketing:
- Monitor website performance and online presence to drive web traffic and conversions.
8. Content Development:
- Supervise the creation of engaging and relevant marketing content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other collateral.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
9. Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to make adjustments and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A Doctorate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing and management, including leadership of marketing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, advertising, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
Schedule:
