**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and structured training sessions on hospital administration and healthcare management.
- Cover key topics like hospital operations, patient care, medical records, compliance, and NABH standards.
- Develop course materials, case studies, and real-world scenarios.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and evaluations.
- Stay updated on healthcare policies, accreditation standards, and industry trends.
- Provide career guidance and support for hospital administration roles.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree, Postgraduation, or Diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare training, or management.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, NABH standards, medical laws, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with digital training tools and Microsoft Office.
- Teaching or training experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
