**Profile: ERP Sales / Solution Sales (Domestic + International Market)**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Database Creation & Lead Generation**: Build and manage a comprehensive database of potential clients using data mining techniques to generate high-quality leads for Microsoft and SAP solutions.
- **Lead Qualification & Solution Alignment**: Engage with leads to understand their business challenges, qualify prospects, and align their needs with the right Microsoft and SAP solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with Microsoft and SAP product offerings, understanding key features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- **Lead Nurturing & Education**: Educate and engage potential customers by presenting the value of Microsoft and SAP solutions, addressing their specific business needs and building strong relationships.
- **Lead Generation Pipeline Management**: Effectively manage and maintain a lead generation pipeline, ensuring that leads are tracked, nurtured, and seamlessly transitioned through the sales process.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
- Strong research skills to identify leads and analyze customer needs, trends, and industry insights.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and sales pitches that engage potential customers and clearly demonstrate value.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring smooth sales operations.
- Ability to analyze data, track key performance indicators, and derive actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in content creation and marketing initiatives.
- Motivated to achieve sales and marketing goals with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
