Experience : 3 to 6 years

Qualification : B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Week Off : Tuesday

Salary : Upto 3 LPA

**Job Profile**

Execution of maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.

Handle and Maintenance of Production machines like Bio-Reactor, Fermenter, machine and Micro filtration and Ultra filtration machine, blander machine, Centrifuge, dryer.

Handle and Maintenance Utility machines like Steam boiler, Chiller machine, RO machine, Air compressor and DG Set etc.

Implementing Preventive, planned and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime of equipment and installations.

Analyze the breakdown trends & undertakes preventive and corrective actions during preventive maintenance.

Co-ordination with production and all concern departments regarding breakdown of all machines etc.

Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.

Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.

Improving health and safety policies and procedures.

Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

Diagnosing breakdown problems.

Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.

Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.

**Salary**: ₹12,381.26 - ₹30,176.05 per month
