**Position: Data Entry Operator.**

**The Role**:
The Data Entry Operator for the Mental Health Program in Primary Health Care is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to the program. This role ensures that all data is entered efficiently and accurately, supporting the overall functioning of the program. The Data Entry Operator will work closely with program staff to ensure data integrity and contribute to the program’s monitoring and evaluation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter program-related data into designated databases and systems.
- Ensure data is updated regularly and consistently in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies. o Collaborate with program staff to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as required by the program manager and other stakeholders. o Assist in the preparation of data summaries, charts, and presentations for program reviews and meetings. o Support the development and implementation of data collection tools and procedures.
- Work closely with program staff to understand data needs and requirements.

Qualifications:
∙ Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in data entry, office administration, or a related field is preferred.

∙ Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related role, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting.

∙ Skills:

- Proficiency in data entry software and databases (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, or other data management systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

∙ Language: Proficiency in Kannada and English

**Reports to**:Director, Public Health Initiative - Dr Roopa Devadasan

**Remuneration**:18000-20,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and qualification.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
