**Job Title**:Store Manager

**Location**:Industrial Area, Phase 2, Panchkula

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product information, recommendations, and assistance with their inquiries.
- Showcase our range of tiles and help customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and preferences.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to make purchases and maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and effectively.
- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves as needed, and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management, striving to exceed expectations and maximize revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Prior experience in tile sales at a retail counter is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
