Job Title: Retail Sales Executive (Male)

Location: [UrbanKala, Sector 8 Panchkula]

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Executive (MALE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven background in retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle billing and manage point-of-sale systems
• Keep records of sales and customer interactions
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail sales (mandatory)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software, POS, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
