- Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to support various stages of architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about architecture to gain hands-on experience and grow within a collaborative environment.
- Responsibilities

Assist in developing architectural designs and preparing drawings, sketches, and 3D models.

Collaborate with senior architects to conduct site analysis, research zoning regulations, and assess project feasibility.

Contribute to the development of project proposals, presentations, and design documentation.

Assist in coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Participate in meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed.

Assist in reviewing building codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Support the selection of materials, finishes, and construction methods.

Provide support in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.

Assist in conducting quality control reviews during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design intent.

Stay updated on industry trends, software tools, and best practices in architecture.
- Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Ms Excel.

Strong design and visualization skills, including hand sketching and digital rendering.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Portfolio showcasing academic or professional projects and design abilities.Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.

Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm is preferred.
