**Your Contribution**:

- Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and External executives, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
- Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate parties promptly and manage incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the President.
- Assist President with preparation of presentation materials
- Review and summarize reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail, as necessary. Assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management.
- Assisting finance department for cost audits and look into other costing and financial issues.
- To book the tickets for the visitors, arrange visa for company’s employees and to make arrangements for pick up and drop facility from the airport and hotel. Hotel booking for the visitor as well as for TI employees when they are on business trips.
- Handling of foreign guest and coordinate with admin department as and when required.
- Guest House Handling: Responsible and accountable for all guest house related activities.
- Voluntary coordination for special functions.

**Your Profile**:

- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university & preferable Secretarial Diploma. (Relevant)
- Occupational experience: Minimum experience 03 years of experience in assisting/supporting the management/ Executive Level
- IT Skills: Must be proficient with all Microsoft Applications and should be technically Sound
- Front office management skill, communication skill, presentation skills and good command over English
