**Position Title**: Environment Lab Executive

**Level**: Executives

**Reporting To**: Lead - Environment Development Activities

**Position Purpose**:

- Environment Lab Executive will be responsible for analysis of wastewater, hazardous waste, air emission from lab experiments as well as from field actual samples.**Strategic Responsibilities**:
**Operational Responsibilities**:

- Set up laboratory experiment assembly to conduct lab study for environment (wastewater/air)
- Set up pilot trials assembly mimicking the lab setup
- Perform the analysis of wastewater parameters as per APHA Standard Methods for water and wastewater for lab and field samples.
- Perform the analysis of air pollutants as per CPCB guideline for lab and field samples
- Assist Lead Environment Development in getting updates on latest technological development in Environment Management and implement cost effective technology across company.
- Assist Lead Environment Development for preparing proposal for implementation of technological solution and assist in implementation.

- Identify the skill gaps and arrange required trainings for his team and site EHS team.
- Recognize & reward excellent performers as per company policy
- Actively drive, in conjunction with the Senior Management Team, the performance management process of the team
- Inspire & motivate employees through demonstrated commitment to PI’s values, vision & mission and active participation in various team engagement activities

**Education Qualification**:

- BSc/MSc in Chemistry or Environment Science**Work Experience**:

- 3-7 years in Environment Parameter Lab Analysis**Industry to be Hired from**:

- Agro-Pharma-Fine-Chemicals-Environment consultancy**Functional Competencies**:

- Hands on experience in wastewater parameter analysis
- Sound knowledge of APHA Standard Methods for water and wastewater
- Sound knowledge of chemistry (stoichiometry) and physicochemical treatment
- Basic knowledge of ETP, RO and MEE operation

**Interaction Complexity and Team Work**:
