**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **classroom and practical sessions** on Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and project work to build student portfolios.
- Inspire and mentor students to develop their creativity, design sense, and technical skills.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the multimedia industry and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and student competitions.
- Minimum **5**years of teaching experience in a reputed multimedia or design training institute*.
- Strong portfolio in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
- Proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)** and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Based in **Kolkata** or open to relocating.

**Preferred Background**:

- Exposure to real-world projects in advertising, production houses, or creative agencies is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- Performance bonus
