**Position**: History Faculty for Bank, SSC, WBCS, and Other Govt Exams Preparation

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive History courses tailored specifically for Bank Exams, SSC Exams, WBCS, and other Government Examinations.
- Teach various aspects of History, including ancient, medieval, modern, and world history.
- Provide in-depth coverage of topics relevant to the respective exams, including historical events, personalities, and their significance.
- Design and implement effective teaching methodologies to enhance students' understanding of historical concepts and improve their analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Create and update study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests that align with the exam syllabi and patterns.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, engaging students through discussions, presentations, and multimedia resources.
- Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, assignments, and mock exams.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students overcome challenges and improve their performance.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, changes in the exam regulations, and emerging trends in competitive exam History preparation.
- Motivate and inspire students to develop a strong foundation in History and excel in their respective exams.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop and refine the History curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of the latest teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- A master's degree in History or a related field.
- Previous experience as a History faculty member for competitive exams is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of historical events, periods, and significant personalities, particularly those relevant to Bank Exams, SSC Exams, WBCS, and other Government Examinations.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and educational software for interactive teaching and learning.
- Dedication to staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of competitive exam History preparation.
- Ability to connect with students, foster a positive learning environment, and build rapport.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
