Purchase Executive

As a Purchase Executive in the Steel industry, your main role will be to handle the buying and sourcing of materials such as MS Pipes, TMT Rebars, Structural steels etc. You will work to make sure we get the best deals and keep everything running smoothly. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Finding and researching new suppliers and companies that sell high quality steel.
- Talking to different suppliers to get the best prices and agreements for what we want to buy.
- Checking our inventory and making sure we have enough of everything. If we're running low, you'll reorder more.
- Looking into the market to see what's new and what could be good for our business.
- Making sure that the things we buy are in good condition. If something is wrong, you'll report it.
- Keeping track of all the orders we make, the money we pay, and the things we get. This helps us stay organized.
- Working with the team that delivers our stuff, and if there are any delays, you'll follow up to make things right.
- Going to events where new products are shown and meeting others in the industry.
- Building good relationships with the people we buy from and the people we sell to.
- Making sure that the things we buy are packed properly and sent to the right place on time.
