**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave balances, and other relevant HR data.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations, such as preparing employment contracts, updating employee handbooks, and managing HR-related documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working with ex-servicemen is a plus.
