**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Sales Field Executive** to join our team. As a field executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and achieving revenue targets in your assigned territory. This role involves visiting customers on-site, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Generate and follow up on leads to create new business opportunities.

**Customer Visits**:

- Regularly visit customers at their premises to present products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
- Gather insights on competitor activities and market trends.

**Product/Service Knowledge**:

- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

**Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with local language/dialect is a plus.
