Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies to ensure the organization's supply needs are met.
- Identifying potential suppliers and conducting negotiations to obtain the best possible terms and conditions for procurement.
- Maintaining supplier relationships and monitoring their performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate forecasting of supply needs and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures related to procurement and logistics.
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Developing and maintaining an efficient inventory management system to optimize costs and reduce waste.
- Managing the logistics and transportation of goods, including coordinating with carriers, ensuring timely delivery, and managing customs and regulatory requirements.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to procurement and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to procurement and logistics operations.
**Salary**: ₹11,847.35 - ₹20,725.15 per month
Schedule:
