**Responsibilities**

**In this role, you will**be responsible for** Employee Data Management**,**Recruitment Administration,**helpdesk,**Compensation Administration**,**Benefits Administration** and**Payroll**supporting the client in one or more of the following areas**Recruitment Administration**Validating the data included in job requisitions and job descriptions as agreed in SOP**Posting the job requestions to defined job sites as agreed in SOP**Provide support to schedule interview and manage**logistics**Create offer letter as per standardized templates**-
**Employee Data Management**Update new hire records in the system**Update employee personal data changes which are not processed through Self Service**Update employee job data** and** organization data changes**Process separation and transfers in the system**Helpdesk**Respond to qu**eries**Resolve and research queries as**required**Maintain and update ready reckoner of**all** queries**Update case status on case management tool**Compensation**& Benefits**Administration**Validate compensation data received from HR/Managers**Ensure compensation inputs are within guideline and approvals are in place**Update various compensation inputs - salary increases, bonus, incentives in HRIS/Compensation module**Perform audit on data entry**Send comp updates to payroll team**Generating letters (year-end)**Managing notifications**Payroll**Manage** requests**pertaining to** Payroll data inputs - Hours, Earnings & Deductions**Consolidate** and share all inputs to payroll vendor**Run audits to ensure adherence to process guidelines**

**Qualifications we**seek** in you**

**Minimum qualifications**

**Any Graduate (**preferable in**Commerce**)**

**Preferred qualifications**

**Exposure to Transition of a new HRO process**

**Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.**

**Should have E2E knowledge with work**experience in** HRO**

**HR skillset and experience - Intermediate. Knowledge of Oracle HCM**

**Working experience in SOX controls; Responsible for both internal and external audits**
