**Role Summary**:
9 to 15 LPA

Leading creation of engaging short form video content for social media

Part of 8 member marketing team, catering to a portfolio of young brands of our own

Based in RK Salai, Mylapore, Chennai

40 hour work week

**Responsibilities**:

- For each of our brands, understand the brand vision, strategy, audience
- Oversee and direct entire production cycle for video content, collaborating with team of content marketers, visual designers, and video editors
- Pitch in with creating and editing videos, and refining scripts and screenplay
- Decode the secrets of Social Media, and be up to date with processes, trends, and resources

**Desired Profile**:

- Fascinated by social media and marketing; would enjoy accomplishing and advancing in the field
- Possess creative flair; understanding of social media, content, visual and audio storytelling
- Proficient with software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Get exposure to and the thrill of launching and growing young brands
- Make an impact, and grow along with our brands
- Cater to a diverse and global audience
- Express themselves, put ideas on the table, and turn them into reality
- Gain exposure to the world of brand building, social media, and business
- Exhibit and develop entrepreneurial, managerial, marketing skills

**Selection Process**:
Screening (based on profile and samples of work)

1-2 conversations

**Office Location**:
RK Salai, Mylapore, Chennai. This is a full-time in-office position, with a 40 hour work week

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
