**Company Description**:
Leafoberryy is a fast-growing skincare brand committed to delivering natural and effective products to our customers across India. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales executive to join our team in Mumbai and drive the expansion of our brand to distributors and retailers across the country.
- Sales Representative experience in the field of Skincare, Health & Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG or Retail Store Industries.
- Traditional Trade not Modern Trade.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify potential retail partners and negotiate sales agreements to expand product distribution.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Retail Partner Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing them with necessary support and training on Leafoberryy products.
- Monitor and analyze sales data from retail partners, offering insights and suggestions to improve performance.
- Coordinate with retailers to ensure optimal stock levels and effective product display.

**Market Expansion**:

- Identify new market opportunities and work towards expanding Leafoberryy’s presence in untapped regions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Promotions and Events**:

- Plan and execute promotional activities, including in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with overall brand strategies.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including analysis of sales trends, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- Provide actionable insights based on sales data to help shape future sales strategies.

**Training and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers and partners.
- Train retail staff on Leafoberryy’s product range, benefits, and sales techniques.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and improve product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
