**Customer Care Executive - Duties & Responsibilities**

As a **Gold Loan NBFC Customer Care Executive** in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), your role encompasses a blend of sales, customer service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for achieving product-wise targets and ensuring a smooth customer experience across various financial offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Target Achievement**:

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for **Gold Loans**, **Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)**, **Sub Debt (SDs)**, **Health Insurance**, **Hospicash**, and other cross-sell products.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve branch-level targets.
- **Customer Service & Relationship Management**:

- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
- Handle inquiries, address grievances, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- **Gold Loan Operations**:

- Appraise gold accurately using standard valuation and purity testing methods.
- Monitor loan renewals, interest payments, and repayments.
- **Cross-Selling & Product Promotion**:

- Identify customer needs and promote relevant financial products (NCDs, SDs, Insurance, etc.).
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and terms.
- **Regulatory Compliance & Documentation**:

- Adhere to **RBI guidelines**, **KYC norms**, and internal policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain data confidentiality.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Update loan management systems and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer or operational issues.
- **Skill Development & Team Support**:

- Continuously upgrade knowledge through training programs and e-learning.
- Support peers and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,011.27 per month
