**Job Title**: TGT Social Science Teacher

**Job Summary**:
The TGT Social Science Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in social science to students, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment, and promoting academic excellence. The teacher will develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, assess student performance, and contribute to the overall growth of the educational community.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor’s degree in Social science,
- **B.ED(COMPULSORY)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Instruction**:

- Develop detailed lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate interactive classroom discussions to enhance understanding of social science concepts.
- Utilize modern teaching aids and technology to enrich the learning experience.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments (tests, projects, assignments) to measure student progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of performance.
- Adapt teaching methods based on assessment outcomes to address individual learning needs.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
- **Student Engagement & Development**:

- Encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and active participation among students.
- Organize and supervise educational activities, field trips, and extracurricular projects related to social science.
- Provide academic and career guidance to students when needed.
- **Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, staff trainings, and curriculum development sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional methods.
- Stay updated on educational trends and advancements in social science teaching.
