Solutions Architect

The client is looking for professionals for the implementation of the strategic

roadmap and to support client’s current business goals. Client’s Information Technology department seeks a perspective that is not only informed by industry standards and best practices but also reasonable given their organization's size, scope, and business requirement.


Client is in search of a dependable and proficient Consultants (Solutions Architect) to support them in their MS Dynamics CRM cloud migration and process re-engineering initiative, as well as effectively handling any additional needs as they arise, all

while prioritizing cost-effectiveness and maintaining high-quality standards. Optimize and enhance the processes in Microsoft Dynamics environments to better support our business processes and strategic objectives that lead to cloud migration.

The re-process/re-engineer some of the listed features/tasks (but not limited to) including. an upgrade to the latest cloud version based on below mentioned approach:

- Cloud Migration
- Re-engineer existing process and develop new process
- Required new field for date of non-payment in active lease contract
- Required field for realized instalments in lease contract
- Active PPI Issues
- Unposted & Failure Transactions
- Process Review for Online PST
- Broker name will be mandatory in case of indirect deal
- Approval process for sales cancellation upgrade/downgrade
- Update the correct item name in payables in CRM such as Maintenance & Cooling showing as Invoice Waiver
- Post the payables in correct GL based on item name in payable in CRM
- Integration of payment between CRM & F&O such as Payment recorded in F&O does not

reflect in CRM.
- Broker name is not captured in sales report for new sales
- Process review for the lease legal cases
- Auto Posting of all transactions in CRM
- Auto Posting of USL in case of primary transfer
- Adding Customer name field in Withdrawal letter
- Process of APMT Transfer from Old to New Customer
- Create Payment Plan for Individual parking and transfer the unpaid PPI's to the new customer at the time of PST
- Process of cheque replacement
- Once payment plan updated in CRM it will not update in F&O
- Bulk distributions of APMT's
- System allowed to make 2 USL for same unit
- Update the date in statement of account in case of voiding of RCD as voiding date of RCD
- Auto update Move out date from CRM in case of lease recognition process
- Update Bounced & Replaced cheque status correctly in CRM (Historical Data)
- Consumable -Unit marked
- Receivable cleansing project

Client’s foremost requirement is to engage technical & functional resources who have experience in the following.
- **CRM custom modules**:

- Design, develop, and implement custom modules tailored to specific business needs
- **CRM development and customizati**on - Develop new functionalities and enhance existing features within the CRM platform.

**Power Platform**:

- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to build custom business solutions to improve operational efficiency.

**Custom plugins and workflows**:

- Create and modify custom plugins and workflows to extend CRM capabilities.

**CRM integration**:
**Cloud Migration**:

- Plan and execute the migration of CRM systems to cloud. Ensure data.

Furthermore, the resources must possess hands-on expertise specifically in MS Dynamics

**Real Estate and Property Management**, as well as MS Dynamics CRM cloud migration.

Pay: ₹864,976.45 - ₹2,329,514.18 per year
